FISU Oceania President announces candidacy for FISU Executive Committee

FISU Oceania President, Martin Doulton, has been nominated by Australian University Sport as a candidate for the FISU Executive Committee for the mandate period 2015-2019.

As the sole Oceania representative, Doulton has nearly 40 years of experience working in the sport and recreation sector with the last 16 years of experience being as a Senior Executive within the Tertiary Education sector leading teams of students and staff inter-continentally including Asia, Africa and Oceania.

Australian University Sport has whole heartedly supported Mr Doulton's candidacy for the position of Assessor on the FISU Executive Committee. Along with his great work as the President of the FISU Oceania Continental University Sports Federation, and associated responsibilities and duties to the FISU Executive, Martin is also a Director of long standing on the Board of Australian University Sport making valuable contributions in areas such as sport policy, industry benchmarking standards and higher education sport advocacy.
